we have Matt Stauffer and Chris Fidao over on the Laravel Podcast. Chris has been around the Laravel ecosystem now for sometime and is currently working on Laravel Cloud (side note, Chris's book was one of the first Laravel books I bought way way back). Laravel's HTTP::batch(): Parallel Requests Done Right (Finally!).

it's Me (Daniel Newns) I had fun deep diving into the new HTTP::batch() method recently merged into the framework (got to that Wendell Adriel for all his work on the PR). This new Batch method really does add some of the missing features that help with better concurrency when trying to do multiple HTTP calls. If you've not had a play around with it yet go give it a go -
